Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all plant, equipment, and facility maintenance operations. You will drive equipment uptime and reliability through strong preventive/predictive maintenance, effective CMMS utilization, and hands‑on leadership of the maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all maintenance personnel (direct and indirect)
Plan and execute PM/PdM programs; maximize CMMS effectiveness
Oversee repair, installation, and relocation of production equipment
Manage plant utilities (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, steam, air)
Coordinate contractors, vendors, budgets, and materials
Ensure safety, compliance, and 24/7 emergency response
Partner with plant leadership to improve reliability and performance
Requirements:
5+ years diversified plant maintenance leadership experience
Strong electrical/mechanical background in industrial manufacturing environments
CMMS expertise; PM/PdM program development
Proven xywuqvp supervisory, planning, and problem‑solving skills
On‑call availability; occasional travel
Education:
Preferred: BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, Access
