
Plant Maintenance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead, structure, and continuously improve plant maintenance operations. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, asset integrity, safety compliance, and operational uptime in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and direct all maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, utilities, and facilities).
Develop, implement, and continuously improve Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs.
Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling to support production needs with minimal disruption.
Own and govern the CMMS system (SAP or equivalent) - Data & Performance Mngmt.
Manage spare parts strategy, critical inventory, and equipment BOMs.
Ensure full compliance with EHS, lockout/tagout, machine safety, and regulatory requirements.
Drive reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors, technicians, and planners.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Purchasing, and Finance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in industrial environmenrt
At least 3 years experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role
Proven experience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
Strong critical thinking, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
