Albertsons - 5317 Grand Avenue - Responsibilities: Ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service while promoting a customer first experience; Supervise, schedule, and direct Front End Clerks, Courtesy Clerks, and Customer Service Clerks; Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and in accordance with company guidelines; Oversee front-end operations, including customer traffic flow, service levels, cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance; Serve as an on-duty supervisor, including functioning as an overflow cashier when needed
