Job Description
We are seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead a small, dedicated team at a food manufacturing facility.
This position is well suited for someone with hands-on sanitation experience who enjoys leading others, working with purpose, and maintaining a consistent schedule that allows for long weekends.
Pay: $25-$26/hr
Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM-1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
Lead and work alongside the sanitation team to ensure daily sanitation standards are met
Ensure production lines, equipment, and facilities are properly cleaned and sanitized
Complete inspections, environmental swabbing, and required sanitation documentation
Train team members and establish clear expectations and accountability
Identify sanitation issues and implement corrective actions
Partner closely with the Quality team to support food safety, compliance, and audit readiness
Qualifications
Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Comfortable working hands-on while leading a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility
