Sanitation Responsibilities
- Operate and clean production equipment
- Clean all no machinery parts by hand
- Squeegee and sweep floors
- Responsible for handling and controlling a 250+ hose
- Work with caustics and acids while hand scrubbing equipment
- May perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
- Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedure
Requirements For Sanitation
- Required to stand for long periods of time
- Frequently required to walk
- Ability to lift and move up to 10lbs frequently, ability to lift and move up to 25lbs occasionally
- Ability to use tools and gauges as needed
- Ability to use hands and fingers to inspect and move products
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to understand weight and measurements
- Ability to communicate effectively to team and leads as needed
