Position Summary:
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our Main Office. This role is key to creating a positive first impression while supporting the office with essential administrative tasks.
Essential Accountabilities:
Greet and assist staff and visitors warmly and professionally
Answer and transfer phone calls efficiently
Ensure all visitors sign in and present identification
Provide directions and general information as needed
Conduct employment and reference verifications
Scan, copy, and upload documents into internal systems
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with the onboarding of new hires and obtaining background clearances
Support with clerical duties and special projects as needed

High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree prefereed
6 months to 1 year of experience working with the public
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
