Warranty Cancellations Manager
to join our Allen team!
JOB SUMMARY
Manages a team that is responsible for collections, processing, and researching aftermarket service contracts to support the Warranty Cancellations team and RideNow dealership locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages a team of Warranty Cancellations Administrators.
Assist with the answering of incoming email communication.
Assist with the answering of calls to the department phone line and escalations.
Assist processing incoming check refund calculations for pending cancellations.
Research aging cancellation requests and work through problem resolution.
Process all incoming cancellation requests for an assigned territory
Ensures the Cancellations team meets processing goals of 80% closures in 30 days personally and group average.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the
department and dealerships as a whole.
Maintains a positive working relationship with all other employees.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivables
Experience managing staff and resolving complex issues.
Excellent customer service and solid communication skills.
Dealership experience preferred.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
