Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of critical enterprise application projects, providing strategic technical leadership and ensuring all solutions are aligned with business objectives and meet high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate is an expert in Agile methodologies and possesses deep practical experience with core enterprise platforms, specifically Oracle ERP , Salesforce CRM and full stack development.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Project Delivery:
Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. Utilize data-driven metrics (e.g., Velocity, Burn-down, Cycle Time) to track project health and clearly communicate complex technical roadmaps and project status to executive leadership.
Technical & Architectural Oversight:
Provide expert technical guidance and architectural direction to development teams. Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, maintain code quality, and guarantee the scalability of all solutions.
Core Platform Implementation & Integration:
Lead the successful implementation, customization, and seamless integration of core enterprise platforms, including Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM. Ensure robust and efficient data flow across the organization.
Integration Layer Management:
Oversee the design and development of reliable integration layers (using APIs, Middleware, or iPaaS) to effectively connect legacy systems with modern cloud-based applications.
Agile Methodology Expertise:
Act as the subject matter expert in Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban). This includes designing optimal workflows, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, leading sprint ceremonies, and proactively resolving technical impediments. Expertise in facilitating and utilizing JIRA for project management is highly preferred.
Stakeholder & Resource Management:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders, to accurately define project scope and deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of proven experience in the delivery management of enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban principles, with demonstrated ability to configure complex Jira boards and implement automation. Must have the ability to track velocity.
Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Product Management, and Product Engineering disciplines.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle PaaS tools.
Experience leading major projects that involve software development.
Good understanding of full-stack development and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure, the latest QA automation tools, and current AI tools and technologies.
