The Westfield Area YMCA is looking for reliable, friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our Member Services department as a
Substitute
at our Cranford location! We offer a fun, positive and inclusive work environment.
The primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting members, guests and other staff at the Welcome Center with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Enrolling new members and assisting current members with any changes to membership/enrollment
Monitoring the security of the facility by ensuring adherence to all Y procedures and policies in regards to facility access and safety
Resolving member problems and concerns
Answering phones and directing calls, as necessary
Accurately processing payment for membership and program registration
Giving tours to prospective members, as instructed
Assisting with special events, as needed
Pay:
Starts at $17.00-21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Available Shifts
:
Weekdays: 5p-9p ; Weekends: 5:45a-11a, 11a-4p
