
Operations Support Specialist

Responsible for greeting customers, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls and mail, and providing clerical and administrative support to various departments at the Conway Corporation Operations Center. Additional responsibilities include maintaining spreadsheets and reports, managing office supplies and equipment, assisting colleagues as needed, and performing customer service tasks such as plan reviews and meter spot preparation.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process incoming and outgoing mail for the Operations Center.Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate individual or department.Coordinate and schedule appointments for supervisor and other Operations Center managers.Prepare routine correspondence, documents, reports, spreadsheets, and databases related to departmental activities, which may include transcribing materials and handling confidential information, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.Organize and file correspondence and other records, ensuring proper control and access to files.Answer incoming calls, provide information or direct callers to the appropriate individual, and make outgoing calls as needed.Attend meetings and prepare minutes or records of proceedings, as needed.Perform general office duties, including word processing, photocopying, and use of office equipment such as fax machines and scanners.Manage receipts for all Engineering transactions and balance credit card statements monthly. Receive, log, and create job tickets and service requests from customers and Conway Corporation employees, and notify the appropriate service personnel.Maintain and replenish office supplies.Responsible for customer service and meter spot processing.Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
