Your skills
Certifications that demonstrate competency in enterprise IT (A+, etc.) are a plus
Ability to build relationships
2+ years of experience as a Deskside Support Technician.
Ability to handle tickets and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
2 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
Excellent time management skill
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $48,000- $52,000 USD.
Your tasks

Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
Handle inbound calls and answer questions
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
