What You Will Do
Lead the testing and qualification processes for advanced space solar hardware systems.
Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure product reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing feedback into design improvements.
Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for enhancement, driving continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for testing methodologies and quality assurance.
Prepare detailed documentation and reports on testing outcomes for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the testing lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Background
4+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a focus on testing and qualification.
Proven track record in hardware testing, particularly in aerospace or robotics industries.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies relevant to hardware engineering.
Preferred
Experience in space manufacturing or related fields.
Knowledge of software tools for data analysis and simulation.
Background in project management or leading engineering teams.
Compensation and Benefits
