Experience with business customer support of critical systems (applications).

Experience with Oracle Database/PL/SQL experience and setting up system connections

Experience with upgrading, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering a Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), Meter Data Management System (MDMS), or similar complex-enterprise application system that includes large volumes of data and complex interfaces including job scheduling and disaster recovery plans (SDLC-DEV, TEST, and PROD).

Experience with UNIX navigation, AIX/LINUX (specifically Red Hat & SUSE) along with understanding and writing shell scripting such as KornShell (ksh) Scripting.

Experience evaluating system performance and health checks by implementing tuning improvements and performing system sizing estimates
Required working non-traditional work hours including overnight and weekends.
