Must Haves:

5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT programs or projects
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, QA, and training staff
Experience with vendor management, budget planning, and project reporting
Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and present to leadership
Proficient in developing and maintaining SOPs, dashboards, and cost/benefit analyses
Familiarity with enterprise systems and enhancement tracking tools
Experience in public sector or large regulatory organizations preferred
Ability to analyze data and optimize project performance
Skilled in preparing procurement documents (e.g., RFRs, RFQs, BAFOs) and executive-level presentations
