Administrative Data Entry Specialist
The Administrative Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data while providing general administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. This is a great opportunity located in Lombard, IL.
Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
Review source documents for completeness and resolve errors or discrepancies.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare, scan, file, and distribute documents as needed.
Support administrative tasks such as reporting, correspondence, and record maintenance.
Adhere to company policies related to data security and confidentiality.
Assist with additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with databases or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
100% onsite
Pay $20- $23 an hour depending on experience
