Network Project Manager
to support a high-impact Product Facility Decommission initiative focused on consolidating, relocating, and decommissioning non-directional buildings and related leases. This
Network Project Manager
role offers the opportunity to drive telecom strategy, optimize network costs, and lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Network Project Manager Responsibilities
Lead the design and continuous improvement of an end-to-end facility decommission process with scalable workflows and improved SLA performance.
Partner with Network Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to define and execute strategies for lease expense reduction.
Analyze telecom network utilization, circuit inventory, revenue streams, lease costs, and energy consumption to identify optimization opportunities.
Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Support program execution, process creation, and ongoing enhancements tied to Product Facility Decommission efforts.
Network Project Manager Qualifications
4-7 years of relevant experience (targeting 5-7 years in network project/program management).
Strong understanding of
telecommunication networks
at the device, circuit, and transport levels.
Working knowledge of
network and customer circuit hierarchy and design .
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership.
Ability to develop long-term strategies aligning network and real estate objectives with business goals.
Network Project Manager Preferred Qualifications
Experience with systems such as BGW, TCOMS, Verify, Singlerow, or similar.
Background in decommissioning (decom) modeling, NAR data mining, or legacy transport migration planning.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in Project/Program Management, Leadership, or Telecommunications is a plus.
