Harrah's Laughlin is seeking a motivated, service-driven Guest Service Expert to support the efficient operation of the restaurant. This position plays a key role in staffing in creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive Caesars-style hospitality.

You're the front-line hero who sets the tone for every guest's experience. With a smile and hustle, you'll make sure every order is smooth, every interaction is upbeat, and every guest leaves happy.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Rockin'

Greet Like a Pro: Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and a big smile-make them feel like Family Style VIPs.
Menu Mastery: Know the menu inside-out so you can answer questions and make tasty suggestions.
Cashier Confidence: Handle POS transactions quickly and accurately, following all cash-handling procedures.
Clean & Crisp: Keep counters, floors, and dining areas spotless-table touches, trash duty, and mopping included.
Food Delivery Flair: Serve up meals with style and check in to make sure guests have everything they need.
Phone Etiquette: Answer calls with clarity and charm-yes, even when it's busy!
Team Player Energy: Jump in to help other outlets when needed and keep the vibe positive.
Qualifications

What You'll Need

Experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Certifications: Health Card and Alcohol Awareness (Must be 21 years of age).
Skills: Strong English communication, computer literacy, and a knack for multitasking.
Physical & Mental Stamina

Stand and walk for your entire shift
Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 30 lbs
Work in hot/cold temps and noisy or smoky environments
Navigate stairs and confined spaces with ease
