Trillium Professional is now seeking a Help Desk Support Analyst in Miami!

Seeking Help Desk / Technical Support Analysts to support a multi-site go-live initiative across hospital locations in Florida. This role will provide hands-on, front-line technical support to end users during a critical deployment window, ensuring smooth system adoption and minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support to end users during go-live activities
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across PCs, printers, and peripheral devices
• Support workstation setup, configuration, and deployment
• Respond to technical issues in real time and escalate as needed
• Deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Document issues and resolutions accurately within support systems
• Follow IT policies, procedures, and standards

Project Details:
• Locations: Coral Gables, Miami, Lauderdale Lakes, and Hialeah, Florida
• Duration: April 30, 2026 - May 6, 2026
• Total Team Size: ~20 Technical Support Analysts supporting the go-live

Shift Coverage:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Approx. 10 resources per shift, distributed across multiple sites
• Environment: On-site, hospital setting supporting go-live activities

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting end users with technical issues
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting PCs, printers, and related devices
• Recent experience (within the last 2 years) in technical support within a large enterprise environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Office 365, etc.)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot efficiently
