This opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position in a school setting located in Greenwood, IN. The role is contracted for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year, offering a full-time schedule aligned with the standard school day and following the bell schedule, approximately 35-40 hours per week.
The position involves working primarily with K-12 students requiring varying levels of support. Caseloads typically include 1:1 or 2:1 support to help students with their behavioral and educational goals. BCBA provision and supervision will be facilitated to support your professional growth.
Key qualifications include:
Minimum of 1 year experience in school-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) work
Registered Behavior Technician licensure (inactive status acceptable; supervision provided)
Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Reliable transportation to commute to the school location
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Provide direct support to students in classroom and related settings
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavioral approaches
Maintain accurate data and documentation of student progress
