As a Transportation Senior Project Manager in our El Paso office, you'll be at the forefront of shaping West Texas infrastructure. This is more than a job-it's a chance to lead transformative projects, grow our regional practice, and collaborate with a team that values innovation, excellence, and client service.
What You'll Do:
- Lead planning, design, and execution of roadway and highway projects
- Support business development efforts and contribute to strategic growth
- Collaborate with top-tier Engineers and Designers to solve complex design challenges
- Drive project success through leadership, technical expertise, and client engagement
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing design team in a collaborative, growth-focused environment
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions and presentations to clients and agencies

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Texas PE License
- 20+ years of roadway design and geometrics experience
- Experience with DOT, County, or Municipal projects
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead collaborative teams
- Proven leadership and team development skills
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Deep knowledge of the El Paso transportation market and strong client relationships
