You as Road Logistics Customer Care Specialist is to provide exemplary customer service to our customers, clients, and vendors while meeting and exceeding department metricsm with your strong critical thinking and planning ability, flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to dive into the details. You will be interacting with other departments within the company.

How you create impact

* With your Expertise Knowledge in LTL, cubic capacity, you will work on LTL and FTL spot quotes
* Determining the best mode based on transit, cost and volume
* Perform daily planning of freight to maximize utilization and profit for our clients
* Process files according to all policies and procedures and strive to meet customers SLAs and KPIs
* Perform solutions for any logistics non-conformities and provide support and assistance to operational teams in task-based matters
* Participate in various initiative in the spirit of continuous process and/or policy improvements
* Knowledge of TMS Load building as well as report building and formatting
* Enter orders, audit, update databases, keeping accurate records of relevant activities
* Analyze data and consider performance modifications and implement improvements
* Comply with all regulations, laws, policies and managing daily communication with clients via email, phone, and EDI to provide updates and resolve queries
* Collaborating with shippers/receivers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled pick ups and drop-offs
* Monitoring shipment progress to mitigate delays and handling transport discrepancies promptly

What we would like you to bring

* HS Diploma/Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or similar field
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role from Freight Forwarding Industry is preferred
* 2+ years of experience in handling FTL, LTL spot quotes with high volumes is preferred
* Advanced computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
