About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to play a pivotal role in leading the manufacturing, logistics, planning, supply chain, and continuous improvement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple departments, leading process improvement initiatives, and managing relationships with contract manufacturing partners to ensure performance and quality standards. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional leadership in engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance to align production plans with business goals and customer requirements. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with providing leadership and direction to departmental managers, tracking key operational metrics, and reporting to executive leadership.
Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including multi-department oversight, is required, with a strong background in metals manufacturing and metal stamping experience being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Experience in contract manufacturing and supply chain coordination is essential for this role.
