About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Supply Chain and Operations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete supply chain lifecycle, from procurement to fulfillment, and will play a key role in developing and executing long-term operational strategies. This includes establishing operational systems and processes to support the company's rapid growth, optimizing inventory and fulfillment, and leading warehouse and logistics operations. The role also involves executive leadership, team development, and cross-functional partnership to ensure that supply chain activities are aligned with the company's overall goals.

Applicants for the VP of Supply Chain and Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations, with a proven track record in warehouse operations and distributed inventory environments. Experience in high-volume fulfillment ecosystems, particularly with Amazon FBA, is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus, and must demonstrate strong executive communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build and scale operational teams. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive operational efficiency, working capital performance, and is adept at leading supplier sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
