About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership to ensure financial sustainability and compliance, developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the organization's goals, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. The CFO will also be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, and will work closely with the board of directors on financial matters.

Key responsibilities for the CFO include mentoring and developing finance teams, driving innovation in financial operations, and engaging with external financial entities and regulatory agencies. The role requires a minimum of 15 years' of progressive senior financial leadership experience, with a strong preference for candidates holding an MBA, MPA, or Master's degree in a related field, and a CPA certification. Expertise in nonprofit accounting, fund accounting, and grant compliance is essential, as is a proven track record in revenue cycle management and knowledge of healthcare finance and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modeling skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
