About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance and Corporate Controller to join their global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering financial transparency, operational excellence, and long-term shareholder value across complex global operations. This high-impact leadership role requires a direct influence over global financial strategy and reporting integrity, with a focus on ensuring compliance, strengthening internal controls, and enabling strategic decision-making at the executive level. The role also involves continuous improvement of systems, processes, and performance, particularly in the areas of SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and U.S. GAAP.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting leadership experience in a global public company environment. A proven background in corporate controller or senior finance leadership roles, strong experience in the manufacturing industry, and a background in Big 4 or large public accounting firm are also strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated experience in leading global finance teams, managing complex international operations, and possess strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities. Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives is essential for this role.
