Step into a full-time position-32 hours per week-where you'll use your expertise to float between multiple sites, providing behavioral support and guidance to a broad age range of students. Key Qualifications:
Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
Recent experience supporting students in a school or educational setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt quickly when moving between PreK-8th grade classrooms
Passion for encouraging student growth and behavior management
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of clinical staff
Collect accurate data and document student progress on targeted behaviors
Work one-on-one and in small groups, engaging students with diverse needs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and special education professionals
Adapt strategies to a variety of school sites and age groups as a floating RBT
