What We're Looking For:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
Proven experience working in a school setting, preferably with PreK-8 students
Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently while floating between locations
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to teamwork
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing direct behavioral interventions and support under the supervision of BCBA/clinical teams
Aiding students in achieving individualized behavioral goals
Collecting and documenting data accurately to track student progress
Implementing behavior intervention plans in classroom and school settings
Engaging with teachers, staff, and families to support each learner's success
