The Company is seeking an Interim CFO with a strong background in M&A and a CPA qualification for a strategic engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating and substantiating EBITDA, leading financial reconstruction to align with a TTM performance model, ensuring audit readiness, and providing due diligence support. This role is pivotal in maximizing the company's sale opportunity, particularly in the context of multiple high-stakes acquisition offers. The Interim CFO will work closely with the co-owners to ensure the business is transaction-ready and that all financial records are in order to avoid any misrepresentation to potential buyers.

Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree, a CPA certification, and at least 15 years of experience. The role requires a professional with a solid background in M&A, particularly with small to mid-size companies that have not been audited. The ideal candidate will be adept at using QuickBooks to review and clean up financial records, and will be able to provide strategic advisory services to the co-owners, targeting a specific EBITDA valuation. The Interim CFO will be expected to be on-site for the duration of the project and may be required to travel to the location as needed.
