The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years' of related experience, and a strong background in problem-solving, advanced mathematical and actuarial concepts, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, R, Power BI, and other relevant software tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Applicants for the Assistant Vice President position at the company should be prepared to make a significant impact by assessing client needs and providing tailored reinsurance program advice.
