About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Board. The CFO will be a key player in the strategic leadership and budgeting process, directing the development and monitoring of the annual budget in partnership with the Senior VP for Administrative Services. This role also involves serving as a vital member of the President’s Cabinet, contributing to institutional governance, and ensuring the institution's financial management and compliance with all state and federal reporting mandates.

The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' of experience and be an executive-level professional with a strong background in financial reporting, general accounting, and finance. Responsibilities include spearheading the preparation of financial statements, managing the institution's debt and investment portfolios, and providing operational oversight for various financial and service departments. The CFO will also be responsible for delivering high-level briefings and recommendations to the Board of Trustees, Cabinet, and community partners, and must be adept at translating complex financial data into actionable insights for a diverse range of audiences.
