About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing excellence in a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive oversight of all nursing and respiratory therapy operations, leading a team of nine direct reports, and partnering with medical staff and executive leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires a mission-driven individual with a strong background in nursing, including a minimum of 5 years of hospital experience and at least 2 years in a nursing leadership position.
