FII USA, Inc. , a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a
Logistics Coordinator
to manage inventory, coordinate with third-party logistics providers, and resolve supply chain discrepancies. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Supply Chain Management Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The
Logistics Coordinator
will oversee inventory accuracy, manage logistics communications, and support supply chain operations while assisting this Supply Chain Management Department as needed.
Responsibilities
Manage 3PL warehouse inventory to ensure continuous supply and accurate stock levels
Reconcile inventory and maintain inventory systems on a daily basis
Conduct quarterly inventory counts and generate variance reports
Process and approve internal and external invoices related to logistics, freight, and warehousing
Audit warehouse, freight, and customs invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
Communicate with third-party logistics providers to resolve shipment discrepancies
Manage damage and loss claims with responsible parties to ensure timely resolution
Serve as the main U.S. point of contact for customers regarding supply chain and logistics issues
Review and manage on-hold inventory and coordinate next steps for disposition
Request and evaluate quotations for rework and logistics-related services
Coordinate communication between Engineering, Sales, and customers to support operations
Support continuous improvement efforts within supply chain processes and workflows
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for logistics and inventory activities
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet operational deadlines
Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with inventory systems, ERP, or warehouse management systems preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners
Ability to speak Mandarin preferred; reading and writing is a plus
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a hands-on approach
Ability to sit, stand, and work in a production/warehouse environment and lift up to 25 pounds
