Applicants for the VP of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in manufacturing or operations within a regulated industry. A proven track record in managing operational budgets and driving financial performance is essential, as is strong expertise in manufacturing processes, including both subtractive and additive techniques. The ideal candidate will be familiar with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central, and have in-depth knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.
