The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President and Dean of Students to join its dynamic community. The successful candidate will be a seasoned, strategic, and deeply student-centered leader, with a minimum of 10 years' administrative experience in higher education or a related complex organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing a large team and engaging in strategic planning to enhance the student experience across various academic populations. The ideal candidate will have an extraordinary commitment to student-centered leadership, the ability to lead through change, and a proven track record of inspiring innovation and moving teams beyond established practices. A Master's degree is required, with a preference for a doctorate, and experience in student affairs or related fields is highly valued.
Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President and Dean of Students include providing leadership and oversight for crisis response, student development, and community-building initiatives. The role demands a highly visible and engaged presence with students, as well as the capacity to translate student feedback into thoughtful, forward-looking strategies.
