About the Role

The Company is in need of an Interim Director of Critical Care to provide essential leadership and oversight of the department's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 8+ FTEs and ensuring the smooth functioning of clinical operations in the ICU and Med/Surg units. This role is pivotal in driving ongoing departmental initiatives related to quality, patient care, inpatient experience, and risk management. The ideal Interim Director will be a strong leader, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, communication, and engagement.

Applicants for the Interim Director of Critical Care position at the company must have a BSN, with an MSN strongly preferred, and an active RN license. ACLS certification is also required. The role demands a leader who can start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
