About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Business and Industry. The successful candidate will also hold the title of Endowed Business Chair, with a focus on advancing and impacting academic programs, faculty, and students. The Dean will be responsible for fostering a transformational educational experience, ensuring program compliance with accreditation guidelines, and leading interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaborations. This role involves setting and executing the strategic direction for the College and requires a history of working with a diverse team to implement and advance academic and research goals.

Applicants for the Dean position must have an earned terminal degree in a relevant discipline, experience in a senior academic administrative role, and a background in programmatic accreditation, including AACSB or ABET. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related higher education administrative position, supervising faculty in business or engineering. The Dean will be expected to have a strong commitment to student success, faculty development, and community engagement. The role is pivotal in maintaining the College's accreditations and in contributing to the growth and development of the institution.
