Monday - Friday 2nd Shift (1:15 PM - 9:45 PM)
Pay Rate:
$18 - $20/hour (DOE)

Shipping and Logistics Coordinator
to support daily traffic and shipping operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate shipments while maintaining strong communication across internal teams and external carriers. Responsibilities
Coordinate outbound, inbound, and third-party shipments with accuracy and timeliness
Review and prepare shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and labels
Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight companies
Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and invoices
Maintain detailed records of shipments, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations
Communicate with internal teams to meet shipping requirements
Resolve discrepancies and issues with carriers or shipments
Monitor shipments and report shortages or overages
Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
Assist in developing and improving shipping procedures
Support warehouse staff with labeling and shipment discrepancies
Perform data entry and maintain shipping logs
Generate shipping performance reports
Coordinate collect freight shipments with carriers
Maintain a clean and organized traffic/shipping area
Requirements
Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in traffic, logistics, or freight transportation operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Experience with shipping/logistics software, TMS, or ERP systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Experience working in warehouse or distribution environments
Familiarity with compliance and shipping regulations
Process improvement or reporting experience
