About the Role

The Company is in search of a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as its inaugural leader. The successful candidate will be the chief ambassador and strategist, with a primary focus on advancing transformational philanthropy and engaging alumni, donors, and partners in a bold vision for the future. This role is pivotal in elevating the company's reach and influence, deepening engagement, and championing initiatives that enhance academic excellence, student success, and community impact. The President and CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan, providing leadership in advancement activities, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring the effective implementation of the communication strategy.

Applicants for the President and CEO position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in fundraising, nonprofit management, or a related area. The role requires a proven track record in organizational leadership, particularly in fundraising and donor relations, and experience in senior leadership within higher education, preferably in development and alumni relations. The ideal candidate will have a successful history with comprehensive capital campaigns, the ability to lead high-performing teams, and strong strategic, planning, and execution skills. Exceptional communication abilities and sound financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and fiscal management, are also essential.
