Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Passionate about supporting elementary and pre-k students? This contract opportunity offers the chance to provide speech-language pathology services in a school setting, working with a caseload of approximately 50-60 students. This position runs from August 2026 to May 2027 and requires a hands-on, on-site presence to deliver meaningful 1:1 and group interventions. Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) requiredPrevious experience in school-based settings strongly preferredProficiency in Medicaid billingDemonstrated ability to write and participate in IEP meetingsSkilled at administering assessments for eligibility and ongoing servicesComfortable supporting students in both elementary and some pre-k environmentsCapable of managing a moderate caseload efficiently Core Responsibilities:Conduct speech-language therapy sessions with individuals and small groupsComplete required Medicaid documentation with accuracy and timelinessAttend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with school teams and familiesAssess, plan, and implement speech-language interventions according to student needsTrack progress, document clinical notes, and communicate outcomes to stakeholdersMaintain compliance with school and district policies What Youll Experience:Contract role aligned with the school academic calendar, ensuring time for professional and personal balanceOpportunity to directly impact the communication skills and academic success of young learnersCollaboration with educators, support staff, and families in a supportive environmentAutonomous yet team-oriented role, providing true hands-on therapy Make a difference in the lives of students while growing in your speech-language pathology career.
