Qualifications:Active Speech-Language Pathology License in Massachusetts Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) required Department of Elementary and Secondary (DESI) certification Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred Strong communication and collaborative skills Commitment to supporting student success
Responsibilities:Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among a PreK-12 population Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state standards Contribute to a positive learning environment, motivating students toward growth
