Financial Analyst - Manufacturing
KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a growing, multi-entity electronics manufacturing organization on their search for a Financial Analyst.
Location: Manchester, NH (on-site)
Compensation: $70K–$80K (flexibility for strong profiles)
Must be a United States citizen with a minimum of two or more years of corporate finance experience in the manufacturing industry.
Key Highlights:
Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Build financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting (Power BI strongly preferred)
Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership on performance insights
Assist with month-end close, reporting, and variance analysis
Contribute to cash forecasting, pricing, margin, and profitability analysis
Ideal Background:
2–3 years of financial analyst experience
Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with ERP systems
Power BI or similar dashboarding/analytics tools required
Comfortable in a fast-changing, growth-oriented environment
