Overview
CAM Property Services is seeking a
Regional Division Manager – Commercial Landscape
to lead and scale landscape operations across
five branch locations .
This is a
hands-on leadership role, not a corporate oversight position.
You will be expected to operate both
in the field and in the numbers , driving execution, accountability, and performance across multiple teams and markets.
This is a
senior leadership role with full P&L accountability , responsible for
operational consistency, financial performance, client retention, and team development
across the region.
Role Scope
Oversight of
landscape operations across 5 offices
Leadership of
Division Managers, Operations Managers, and field teams
Ownership of
division-wide revenue, margin, and performance
Direct impact on
client retention and growth
Standardization of
systems, processes, and execution
Key Responsibilities
Regional P&L Ownership
Own division-wide
revenue, cost structure, and profitability
Drive performance against
budget, margin, and growth targets
Monitor branch-level performance and enforce accountability
Identify and execute
efficiency and margin improvement opportunities
Multi-Branch Operations Leadership
Oversee operations across all five offices
Ensure consistent execution of:
Service quality
Routing and productivity
Quality control and inspections
Conduct regular
field visits and operational reviews
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and develop
Division Managers and Operations Managers
Build a culture of
ownership, urgency, and accountability
Drive hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Develop
next-level leaders across branches
Client & Portfolio Oversight
Maintain visibility into
key client relationships
Partner with Client Relations on
retention and satisfaction
Lead resolution of
escalated client issues
Support growth within existing portfolios
Growth & Expansion
Partner with Sales on:
New business development
Property walks and proposals
Drive
upsell, enhancements, and cross-sell opportunities
Support expansion into new markets
Systems & Standardization
Drive adoption of Aspire across all branches
Standardize:
Work order management
Job costing and labor tracking
Routing and scheduling
Implement scalable processes and reporting
Qualifications
Required:
7+ years in
commercial landscape operations
Proven experience leading
multi-location or regional operations
Strong track record of
P&L ownership
Experience managing:
Division Managers / Operations Managers
Large, multi-site portfolios
Deep understanding of:
Landscape maintenance
Irrigation systems
Labor and productivity management
Preferred:
Experience with Aspire or similar platform
Background in
multifamily, HOA, retail, or commercial portfolios
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Work Environment
Regional, field-based role across Southern California
Regular travel between branch locations and job sites
High-visibility leadership role
Compensation
Base Salary:
$110,000 – $140,000 , depending on experience
Performance Bonus:
tied to division revenue, margin, and retention
Vehicle allowance or company vehicle
Full benefits package includes: HMO, paid sick and vacation, company auto, 401K
