Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention
Clinic patients per day: flexible
Call Rotation: 1:4
Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as needed
Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and support staff within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
Design and grow a clinical practice that incorporates subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones
Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination across the region
Adhere to all hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
Degree from an accredited MD or DO program
Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Urology Residency
Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
Prior experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Willingness to utilize AI‑integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools
Proficiency in a paperless, high‑informatics clinical environment (HIMSS Stage VII)
Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures
