Beverage Bar Manager (Miami)

Nude Miami is looking for an experienced Beverage Bar Manager to lead and oversee our beverage program across smoothies, coffee, matcha, juices, and wellness drinks.
We’re building something very special in Miami — a brand at the forefront of health, wellness, and lifestyle. This role is for someone who understands hospitality, pace, quality, consistency, and taste. Our beverage bar will be a major part of the Nude Miami experience, and we’re looking for someone who can help bring that world to life with precision, warmth, and strong operational leadership.
This person should have real experience managing a fast-paced beverage, cafe, smoothie, juice, coffee, or hospitality concept. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and confident leading a team while maintaining an elevated guest experience.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Nude Miami beverage bar
• Lead execution across smoothies, coffee, matcha, juices, wellness drinks, and seasonal beverages
• Train, manage, and support the beverage bar team
• Ensure every drink is made consistently, beautifully, and to Nude Miami standards
• Maintain speed, cleanliness, organization, and flow during service
• Manage prep, station setup, par levels, restocking, and daily checklists
• Work closely with the founders, operations team, and culinary team on beverage execution
• Help refine systems, recipes, SOPs, and service standards
• Monitor ingredient quality, presentation, waste, and product consistency
• Support hiring, scheduling, and team development for the beverage bar
• Create a warm, premium, and efficient guest experience
• Identify operational issues quickly and help solve them before they become problems
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in beverage, cafe, smoothie, juice, coffee, hospitality, or restaurant operations
• Previous management or team lead experience required
• Strong understanding of service, speed, cleanliness, and consistency
• Confident leading, training, and holding a team accountable
• Experience with smoothies, coffee, matcha, juices, or wellness beverages strongly preferred
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Calm, polished, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Miami-based preferred
• Passion for health, wellness, hospitality, and premium guest experiences
