Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. In this role, you’ll work closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs). Qualifications and Desired Experience:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programValid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLPCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferredExperience working in school settings with diverse student populationsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with IEP processes and documentation Responsibilities:Complete assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needsProvide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in individual and group settingsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ progressMonitor, track, and report on student outcomes and maintain IEP complianceParticipate actively in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development opportunitiesFoster a nurturing, inclusive environment that encourages student growth Immerse yourself in a supportive culture where your skills and dedication make a real difference every day.
