Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a fulfilling role supporting K-5th grade students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic, collaborative school setting. This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact while working across two sites conveniently located near one another. Your dedication will help young learners, including those with autism, reach their full communication potential in a supportive educational environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:Active Speech-Language Pathology license in California Prior experience delivering SLP services within a school setting Demonstrated expertise working with students on the autism spectrum Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Passion for supporting early learners in grades K–5 Capability to travel between two nearby school locations
Key Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals Provide direct therapy to students, focusing on language, articulation, and social communication skills Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required records Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as needed Foster an inclusive learning environment that celebrates student growth
