Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Desired Experience:Active Speech-Language Pathology license in California Prior experience delivering SLP services within a school setting Demonstrated expertise working with students on the autism spectrum Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Passion for supporting early learners in grades K–5 Capability to travel between two nearby school locations
Key Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals Provide direct therapy to students, focusing on language, articulation, and social communication skills Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required records Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as needed Foster an inclusive learning environment that celebrates student growth
