Responsibilities
Perform advanced neurosurgical interventions, including tumor resections, spinal fusions, vascular procedures, and trauma surgeries
Diagnose and manage neurological disorders through comprehensive evaluations, imaging interpretations, and personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, and rehabilitation specialists in our integrated care model to optimize patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research opportunities aligned with Prime Healthcare's commitment to evidence-based practices
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
Eligible for Illinois medical license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and program growth

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $750,000-$950,000. on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
