About the Opportunity Prosperity Organic Foods is seeking a

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

to lead the company’s full commercial agenda across

sales, revenue growth management, pricing, trade strategy, and brand execution .
This is a highly visible executive leadership role responsible for building and scaling the commercial engine for

two premium brands on the rise—Melt Organic and Miyoko’s Creamery . The CCO will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive disciplined, profitable growth while positioning the business for its next phase of value creation.
This is a rare opportunity for a senior CPG operator to step into a role with

real ownership, strategic influence, and hands-on impact

across a growing branded portfolio.
What You’ll Do

Commercial Strategy & Leadership
Set and own the company’s end-to-end commercial strategy across Sales, RGM, pricing, promotions, and brand execution
Align commercial priorities with company AOP and long-range strategic objectives
Translate strategy into clear goals, execution plans, and accountability across teams
Sales & Channel Leadership
Lead all sales functions across Natural, Conventional Grocery, and Emerging Channels
Oversee national and regional customer strategy, key account relationships, and distributor partnerships
Drive disciplined distribution, velocity, and mix expansion across channels
Revenue Growth Management & Profitability
Own pricing architecture, promotional strategy, and trade investment guardrails
Partner closely with RGM to ensure strong pricing realization, trade ROI, and margin performance
Monitor competitive dynamics and adjust strategy to protect both growth and profitability
Brand & Innovation Partnership
Partner with Brand leadership on commercialization strategy, innovation sell-in, and launch execution
Ensure strong coordination between brand strategy and field execution
Provide customer and market insights to inform innovation and portfolio strategy
Organizational Leadership
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercial leadership team
Establish clear performance metrics, ownership, and accountability across functions
Foster a data-driven, execution-oriented commercial culture

Experience & Background

12–15+ years of progressive CPG commercial leadership experience
Proven track record leading sales organizations across retail grocery channels
Deep experience with pricing, promotions, RGM, and trade economics
Prior experience scaling brands in growth-oriented or transitional environments
Strong customer credibility with national and regional retail partners
