Now Hiring Production Team Member

The Motif , we are a
woman-owned, design-forward acrylic signage studio
known for creating custom, high-end pieces for events and brands across the U.S.
As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a
full-time Production Team Member
to support the hands on creation of our acrylic designs.
This is a fast paced, detail driven role inside the studio ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and being part of the creative process from start to finish.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Assisting in the production of custom acrylic signage
• Painting, assembling, and layering acrylic pieces
• Prepping materials for laser cutting and printing
• Peeling, cleaning, and finishing products
• Packaging orders with precision and care
• Supporting the production team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Who this is for:
• Someone who is hands-on, focused, and detail-oriented
• A quick learner who takes initiative without constant direction
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, physically active environment
• Reliable transportation is required
• Crafting or creative experience is a plus (but not required)
This is a
full-time, in-studio position (9–5)
with the expectation of staying later when needed to meet production deadlines. There is
strong opportunity for growth into a leadership role
as the company continues
to scale.
