Exciting Accountant Opportunity with lots of Growth Potential!
Our client is hiring an Accountant to manage and analyze core financial operations, including general ledger, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role is responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance, along with supporting audits and tax filings.
In this role you will:
Perform general accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll analysis, and month end close for 3 companies, operating in different accounting software
Prepare balance sheet and profit and loss statements, along with consolidated financial statements and additional analysis and reporting
Work cross-functionally to ensure proper accounting of revenue and expenses
Develop and improve accounting systems
Provide insights on financial performance, cost management, and forecasting
This position requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to independently solve complex problems under general direction.
Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience, and a proven ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively.
